Création d’une typographie et de son specimen typographique.
«Flow» est une typographie sérif créée à partir de la DejaVu Serif Bold. En effet cette dernière a été numérisée en mouvement afin de faire naître cette nouvelle typographie, bien loin de son caractère original.

“Flow” is a Serif typography, created from DejaVu Serif Bold. The latter has indeed been numerised while moving, in order to create a new typography, far from its original features.

Création d’un objet éditorial sur la sous-culture Gabber.
5 livrets sont donc reliés ensemble, et nous en disent plus sur les origines, la musique, le dresscode, les travers, et enfin, les grand traits, ce qu’on fait de cette sous-culture aujourd’hui. Le tout, formant un seul et même objet éditorial avec une seule et même couverture, formée par tous ces livrets.

5 booklets are thus bound together and tell us more about origins, music, dresscode, trends and drifts, and eventually main features, what we take from this sub culture nowadays. The whole being one unique editorial support, with one unique cover, made of all those booklets.

Création de mes propres cartes de visites. Chaque carte représente une partie du visage (cheveux, yeux, nez et bouche) avec une expression et forme particulière, le but étant d’en rassembler plusieurs afin de créer son propre portrait, selon ses envies. Il y a donc une multitude de combinaisons possibles, en effet il existe 5 cartes différentes par partie du visage.
Toutes les cartes comportent au dos mes coordonnées, et sont regroupées dans une boîte reprenant mon identité ainsi que de quoi me contacter sur un autocollant, au dos de la boîte.
Creation of my own business cards. Each card shows a part of the face (hair, eyes, nose and mouth) with a specific expression and shape, the aim being to gather many of them, in order to create your own portrait, according to your mood. There are thus many different possible combinations, indeed, 5 different cards existing per face part.
My name, address and telephone number are printed on the back side of each card, all cards gathered in a box showing my identity, as well as where to contact me, written on a sticker, on the back side of the box.

Création d’un objet éditorial basé sur un texte ironique, reprenant les clichés à propos de l’Afrique, intitulé « How to write about Africa », écrit par Binyavanga Wainaina.
Pour la réalisation de mon objet, j’ai choisi de créer un livre dont chaque page reprend un pays de l’Afrique sous une forme plus ou moins géométrique. Le texte est donc placé sur les pages, au fur et à mesure autour de chaque forme. Les pages étant détachables, le but est, après avoir lu le livre, de détacher chaque page et de les plier en suivant les lignes, de sorte à n’en garder que les formes de chaque pays, et ainsi reformer l’Afrique.
En effet, puisque le texte est très loin de la réalité, la finalité de cet objet est de le mettre de côté, pour au final rassembler tous les pays, et montrer que la meilleure manière d’en savoir plus à propos de l’Afrique, c’est de regarder le continent tel qu’il est, sans prendre en compte les clichés.

In order to perform my project, I have chosen to create a book, each page showing an African country, with a more or less geometric shape. The text is located on the pages, displayed around each shape. As pages are detachable, the aim is, after you have read the book, to detach each page and to fold it, following the lines, in order only to keep the shape of each country, and thus, reform Africa.
Indeed, as the text is very far from reality, the aim of this object is to put it apart, in order to finally gather all countries, and to show that the best way to know more about Africa, is to have a look at the continent as it is, without taking the clichés into account.

Projet photographique sur le thème de l’humain. Afin d’illustrer ce dernier j’ai choisi de me concentrer sur les particularités physiques, ce qui nous rend unique.
J’ai donc photographié 5 profils différents, dont le mien, avec chacun sa propre particularité. Tâches de rousseurs, de naissance, cicatrice, cheveux blancs…
Chaque personne a écrit un petit texte sur son ressenti par rapport à sa particularité, et avec photo et texte, j’ai créé pour chaque portrait, une boîte avec à l’intérieur ces différentes informations, un peu comme une boîte à secret, quelque chose d’intime.
Pour aller plus loin, j’ai créé pour chaque particularité un motif, en relation avec sa forme. On retrouve donc le motif sur la boîte correspondante mais aussi à l’intérieur de cette dernière, sur papier transparent afin de le superposer à la photo. Il y a donc deux papiers transparents dans la boîte, en superposition, comme montré par les GIFs. Le premier sert à montrer l’endroit exact de la particularité, et l’autre de répartir le motif sur toute la photo afin de ne pas attirer l’oeil sur un endroit en particulier.
Photograpic project about human. In order to illustrate it, I decided to focus myself on physical characteristics, which make us unique.
I have thus pictured 5 different profiles, including mine, with, for each, its own specificity. Frekles, birth mark, scar, white hair...
Each person has written a short text about his/her feeling about his/her special characteristic, and with picture and text, I have created for each portrait, a box with those different information inside, like a secret box, something intimate.
In order to go further, I have created for each special characteristic, a motif in correspondance with its shape. The motif is thus showed on the corresponding box, but also inside the box, printed on a transparent paper, superimposed on the photograph. There are thus two transparent papers in the box, superimposed, as showed on ghe GIFs. The first one shows the precise location of the specific characteristic, the second displays the motif on the whole photograph, in order not to focus the eye on a specific location.
